Our Mission

Our mission is to raise awareness and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within ZDMS by increasing member engagement, conference participation, and leadership representation across gender, race, ethnicity, and geographic areas. We are committed to encouraging academic growth and active participation of trainees, with a particular focus on supporting individuals from underrepresented groups in science and from socioeconomically disadvantaged regions.
